Alberta Health Care card
Bring it to every visit. Tell reception if you do not have one yet.
Government photo ID
A driver’s licence or other government-issued photo identification.
Your medication list
A written list, a pharmacy printout, or the bottles themselves.
Any relevant paperwork
Forms, referral letters or WCB documents you need completed.

What happens when you walk in

Walk in and check in at reception
Come through the door marked "The Clinic" beside the Pharmacy entrance. Reception is straight ahead.

Bring your Alberta Health Care card
Reception will take your card, photo ID and the reason for your visit. Tell them if you are a new patient.

Wait to be called
Wait times change through the day. Ask reception for today’s wait, or call before you come in.

See the physician in an exam room
You will be brought to an exam room. Bring a list of your current medications so nothing is missed.

Prescriptions
This clinic does not prescribe narcotics. This notice is posted at reception. For all other prescriptions, bring your current medication list or the bottles themselves.
Billing and coverage
Billing and coverage details — including what happens if you do not have an Alberta Health Care card, and coverage for out-of-province visitors — have not been confirmed by clinic staff, so we are not publishing them. Please call 1-403-273-2215 and ask before your visit.
