This website is provided by East Hills Medical Centre for general information only. Nothing on this site — including the FAQ chat and live chat — is medical advice, and none of it should be used to diagnose or treat a health condition.

The FAQ chat is an automated assistant. It answers using the clinic’s published information about hours, walk-ins, location and what to bring. It cannot assess symptoms, interpret results, or tell you how urgent something is, and it will say so if you ask.

Live chat connects you with a clinic staff member when one is online. It is not staffed around the clock and is not monitored for emergencies. Do not use it to report an urgent medical problem.

Opening hours, walk-in availability and service details can change without notice. Call the clinic to confirm before you travel.
